Do you know what employee engagement means? Engaged employees are the lifeblood of successful organizations. A large number of factors influence the level of engagement within organizations. Culture, recognition, and management are just a few. “94% of employees with great managers report being passionate about their work and energized by their job” That’s wonderful.
